Ticket Purchases and Attendance
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.  Admission to the event is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and compliance with venue rules and regulations.  Attendees must be at least 21 years old to participate.  Please note that we reserve the right to request valid identification for all attendees, in accordance with our event policies and guidelines.  
 

Event Schedule
The event schedule, including timings and activities, is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

Attire
Attendees are encouraged to adhere to The Regency Victorian theme with appropriate attire, however, formal dress is required.

Behavior
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event; disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without refund, and individuals causing property damage will be held liable, with local authorities contacted if behavior escalates beyond control, as there is security on site.

Liability
The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the event.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation by the organizers.  In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any associated fees may be deducted.

Cancellation and Postponement
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond their control.  In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
